On February 24, 2016, authorities in Jacksonville, Florida say that 19-year old Deonte Allen had been shot on Line Street between Baldwin and McQuade. Tragically, Deonte later died from his injuries. Investigators believe the gunshots may have been fired from a vehicle.
Unfortunately, no publicized leads have been released since the murder.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 if you have any information on the murder of Deonte Allen.

Thoughts? As of today, August 6, 2019, the Deonte Allen murder is still unsolved since it was added today to Project Cold Case's "Faces of Unsolved Homicides page". Deonte Allen is entry #592.
I have to wonder if the term "Stop Snitching" has something to do with this murder and other Project: Cold Case featured cases remaining unsolved. According to the articles, the shooting occurred at 2:30 PM. That's in broad daylight, not late at night, so someone most likely saw something relevant to the case.
