Case Summary:
On November 5th, 2009, a neighbor of a Louisville Kentucky woman named Dorie Epoler found her body stuffed in a suitcase behind a dumpster. Eppler was 45 years old and worked at Ollie's Trolley, a hamburger restaurant where she was beloved by customers and co-workers, earning the nickname 'fry lady.'
Eppler lived two blocks away from where she was found. Eppler's place of residence was a rundown rooming house which she shared with five other people.
The only available articles found online are from 2009 when Eppler's cause of death was still undetermined. However, her case is now listed as an unsolved homicide on the Louisville Metropolitan Police Department website as well as the Project: Cold Case website database as of this posting date (August 29th, 2019)
