My bad I used an emoji and each time i used one question marks appear for some reason and since I was in a hurry getting ready to sleep I didn't bother to check lol.
But yes this fugitive could be a likely addition, the 2012 age progressed image makes the public be on the lookout for that face.
Now likely Hartin won't be added anytime soon but it'd be interesting to see what the outcome is if and when he's placed on the 10 most wanted.

It looks like Philip Policarpio and Luis Macedo have been added to the FBI Top 10 List and in a bit of a shocker Glen Godwin has been removed but no official announcements have been made.

I dunno, I wanted to wait until an official announcement but if they're on the site, I guess that's official, so I'll start working on moving the threads around now.
Really shocked Godwin got removed before Gerena (or even Ravelo in a sense for that matter).

Honestly I knew that there had to have been a reason to move Godwin to the top since they likely wanted a final shot to get him but there's no future for that unfortunately and I actually was thinking about how the list would add 2 fugitives again and I was getting ready to post it until I got the notification.

Well I think I said it all along that someone else would be removed soon and I thought Gerena would be the guy but Godwin doesn't have a future to be caught.
This says a lot about Gerena in a good way that Cuba may be talking with the U.S. Government to bring him back but both candidates were added so I got them both right or we did

I still wish there was an explanation about Glen Godwin being removed. Haven't read one anywhere yet. I know we know the likely reason but it would be nice to hear an official explanation as well.

The good thing but one thing I do wonder is about Gerena, a fugitive that's been on the list Longer still hasn't been removed.
Godwin and Semion have both seen themselves removed in a matter of 5 months, which leads me to think the FBI wants to do some cleaning and open up the slots.
I agree with you scumhunter that Gerena is on the list in order to have talks with the Cuban government and imo they are happening now.
